From the first visit to routine dental care, you are our priority.
Our Comprehensive Oral Exam is the first step to begin your experience with us. We are committed to the whole story, so this appointment is a deep dive into you and your oral health. At this appointment, we will take a look at your teeth, address your concerns, and answer any questions you may have.
You can expect:
Late cancellations or missed appointments have a negative impact on the clinic and other patients who are waiting for treatment. Therefore, we require 48 hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. If adequate notice of change is not given or if a patient is more than 15 minutes late, patients may be charged up to the whole cost of the appointment.
We understand schedules change, so we send out notifications to remind patients of their appointment in advance. The earlier it is realised that an appointment no longer works, let us know so we can find a time that does.
You should receive a reminder text/email prior to your appointment, which we ask you to reply to in order to confirm your appointment. If you do not confirm, you will receive more notifications and may finally receive a call from us.
If you have authorized us to email you, you may also receive updates and promotions to your email from us.
If you have dental insurance, we are happy to offer direct billing to make your appointment easy and affordable.
Each dental insurance plan is different and companies are generally not allowed to tell clinics much information. Therefore, we recommend that you contact your insurance or consult your plan details online to find out what your dental insurance coverage is before your appointment in order to avoid any surprises. Whatever amount your insurance does not pay is your responsibility to pay for.
We are able to direct bill claims to insurance companies, but we are happy to work with those who have limited or no insurance to make sure you have the best experience and are able to properly look after your oral health.
Our fees are aligned with the current Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide and we accept most debit and credit cards for payment. We can also provide payment plan options, if needed.
We also have loan options available with LendCare for bigger costs. If you are interested in learning more about this, contact us.
Yes, we are accepting the Canadian Dental Care Plan at our office, which functions like an insurance company.
